Type-C rechargeable, and powered by an included 21700 5000mAh battery which is removable, the Fenix CL27R rechargeable lantern is a great option to light up a campsite or worksite. It offers multiple lighting options, with a maximum 1200-lumen flood beam, and a maximum 800-lumen spot beam, that can be operated simultaneously to produce a 1600-lumen, 180-metre distance lighting option. The lantern also offers red constant and red flashing options. The lantern is controlled by one top electronic switch to cycle through modes, and two rotary switches: Switch A allows smooth and precise selection of brightness; Switch B offers simple one-handed operation of user-defined colour selection from 2700K to 6500K, which allows the colour temperature of the light to be changed from cool to warm, perfect for night photography and better colour rendering. A separate red LED can be independently accessed: constant red for tasks where night vision needs to be preserved; and flashing red for emergency or signalling situations. Other features include: a long 285h runtime in low spotlight mode; a magnetic 360° rotating handle; and a tripod mount, making this lantern the perfect hands-free lighting tool.
