The broad-spectrum wavelengths provide a blended illumination and fluorescence that is ideal for close-range tasks such as detection of pet urine, inspection of auto leaks with UV dyes, pest detection such as scorpions, cleaning inspections, and authentication of currency. It is constructed with a durable aluminium housing that is impact-resistant and water-resistant, and it is battery powered with three AAA batteries (included).
